About the role

With over 190 years of innovation, operations across the globe, and a strong presence in Africa, we support some of the world's most critical industries.We're looking for an experienced Industry Sales Manager - Oil & Gas to drive growth across South Africa's Oil & Gas sector and strengthen our position as the service partner of choice.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Oil & Gas industry segment.
Drive sustainable growth through new business development and key account management.
Build strong relationships with operators, EPC contractors, refineries, petrochemical facilities and maintenance teams.
Identify opportunities for maintenance, repair, overhaul, retrofit and field service solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Collaborate with service centres and operational teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and deliver against revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need
Proven experience in technical sales, business development or account management within the Oil & Gas industry.
Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, electromechanical equipment or industrial services.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to influence decision-makers and develop long-term customer partnerships.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for identifying and winning new business.
A relevant technical or commercial qualification is advantageous.
