*Responsibilities:  

Position Overview: Senior Data Science AI Engineer 

What You Will Do: 

• Lead the development of advanced machine learning (ML) and statistical models to solve complex healthcare problems. 

• Establish and promote best practices in modeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor. 

• Convert real-world healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions. 

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy. 

• Mentor and enhance the technical capabilities of the data science team. 

• Keep up to date with the latest advances in ML and healthcare analytics. 

Who We Are Looking For: 

 

*Mandatory skill sets  

• 4+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics). 

• Solid grounding in statistical modeling, machine learning, and complex problem-solving techniques. 

• Proven experience handling large, high-dimensional datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights. 

• Expertise with modern ML methods, including: 

• Transformers (e.g., NLP and representation learning) 

• Deep learning frameworks and architectures 

• Graph-based machine learning (such as Graph Neural Networks) 

• Familiarity with causal inference and decision-focused modeling is a plus. 

• Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and pursuing impactful outcomes independently. 

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders. 

• Experience deploying models into production environments. 

• Prior experience or domain knowledge in healthcare, particularly healthcare revenue cycle, is preferred.
