In this role you will have the opportunity to improve people’s lives and take on responsibility for a highly innovative and growing division within Philips.
As an IGTD Zone Business Leader DACH you will be responsible for the IGT cluster in the DACH region, including business responsibilities (customers, staff, budget), and leading the Clinical Application and Modality Sales teams. In this role, you will implement and localise the cluster strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be part of the DACH Health Systems Leadership Team and also part of the Image-Guided Therapy (IGT) European Leadership Team.

You are responsible for
- Leading the IGT-D Sales and clinical application teams in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) which is 70+ people
- Managing the DACH P&L by achieving revenue plan of ~80M EUR, executing price and margin targets within the business while attracting and retaining talents within the organization.
- Planning training and development, as well as ensuring sufficient capacity and availability of staff within the team
- Preparing Drive forecast analyses, order intake and revenue planning with max accuracy.
- Establishing strong customer relationships with key accounts / key opinion leaders influential at national and international level, build strong partnership with GPOs decision-makers in Germany and key hospital management across the DACH region (C-level executives)
You will be part of
You will report to the Head of IGT-D Europe and be part of the IGT Europe Management Team. You will also form part of the Zone DACH Management Team, led by the Managing Director of Philips GmbH Market DACH.
The DACH MSS and CAS organisations will report to you via the management roles within the MSSL and MCAL zones, whose staff will be your direct reports.

With a strong customer focus and the following knowledge and experience, you will thrive in this role if you have
- A university degree in business administration, health sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive experience in the medical devices industry.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally across different DACH countries/markets
- Advanced knowledge of the products and services within IGT-D
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of internal processes
- Leads, coaches, guides, and motivates the team towards a common goal; promotes diversity & inclusion.
- Customer focus: Driven by a strong external focus that understands industry and market dynamics.
- Problem-solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex problems.
- Results-oriented: Taking personal responsibility for delivering results.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders in the market, across business units and functions.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
On-site roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base gross annual salary range for this role is € 139.058 –€ 151.876. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
