WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AI Transformation Advisory:   AI transformation workstream leadership, AI use-case portfolio design, co-pilot and agentic operating model design
• AI Tooling and Platform Strategy: LLM platform evaluation, agent framework selection and build-vs-integrate decisions across enterprise AI stacks, with awareness of Communications & Media technology landscapes such as BSS/OSS, CRM, digital experience, content/media platforms and cloud/data platforms.
• Communications & Media Process Expertise (AI fluent): Deep knowledge of Communications & Media value chains, processes and operational pain points, with hands-on AI delivery in areas such as customer acquisition and care, content lifecycle and monetization, advertising, subscription management, network/service operations, field operations, digital channels, NextGen/Cloud Native BSS
• Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery, business process re-design (e.g. O2A, O2C, R2R, service operations), AI-enabled workflow redesign, Process Mining (Celonis/Signavio/Power Automate)
• Enterprise Function Transformation: AI-enabled redesign of customer care, B2B sales and marketing, digital channels, content operations, advertising operations, autonomous networks, service/network operations, field operations, and shared/enterprise functions.
• AI Value Architecture: Value identification, value case creation, benefits baselining and tracking, AI cost and consumption modelling
• Communications & Media Data & AI: Data strategy and AI-ready data products across customer, network/service, content, audience and advertising domains; data quality and governance; RAG and retrieval design.
• Agentic Workflows: Hands-on experience in multi-agent workflow design, human-in-the-loop design, agent   guardrails, evaluation and observability
• AI CoE Design and Operationalization: Expertise in building governance structures, role navigation   archetypes, build-vs-buy-vs-partner frameworks
• AI Maturity Assessment and Transformation Sequencing: Capability benchmarking, readiness   scoring and investment prioritization
• Across all: AI Fluency (GenAI, RAG, agents), client-facing domain consulting, AI adoption   and workforce change, Workforce Impact and AI Reskilling: experience in   role-level augmentation and displacement analysis, reskilling pathway design, AI fluency uplift at enterprise scale

 

PRE-SALES SUPPORT EXPERIENCE:

• Active support on pre-sales activities resulting in contributing to proposals and RFP responses, helping shape solution approaches, participating   in client presentations and orals, and supporting opportunity development alongside Senior Managers

 

GOOD TO HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Process Mining, RPA/IA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere)
• Low-Code/No-Code
• Platform fluency (Azure AI/AWS/GCP/Databricks)
• Enterprise platform context (SAP/Oracle/ServiceNow) linked to AI outcomes
• Product management, Communications & Media domain or AI certifications
• Prior Telecom or Media industry or relevant functional operating experience
