Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team in a unique hybrid role combining in-clinic outpatient therapy with remote, school-based services.

This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with pediatric clients in different environments and values the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while maintaining meaningful connections with their patients and families.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO (4565 Hilton Pkwy #101, Colorado Springs, CO 80907)
• Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Schedule: 4–5 days per week

• Wednesdays & Fridays: In-clinic therapy at our Colorado Springs location
• 2–3 additional days: Remote, home-based therapy supporting school-based contracts

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Compensation: $70,000–$104,000 annually (to be confirmed based on the hybrid structure)

• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for Full-time
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

What You'll Do

As a Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy to pediatric clients through both outpatient clinic services and remote, school-based programming.

In-Clinic Responsibilities (Wednesdays & Fridays):

• Provide in-person speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, supportive, and family-centered clinic environment.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify communication and related needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique goals and abilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and track client progress.

Remote School-Based Responsibilities (2–3 Days per Week):

• Deliver virtual, home-based speech and language therapy to school-age children through school-based contracts.
• Provide evidence-based interventions addressing speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs.
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other professionals to support student success.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and applicable educational goals.
• Complete evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation in accordance with school and company standards.
• Follow school district calendars and schedules as applicable to assigned contracts.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid DORA license
• Valid CDE license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)
• Completed PRAXIS
• Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses
• Availability to work after school hours
• 1+ years of experience as an SLP
