Your Job

• Support global tendering activities for submarine cable projects.
• Promote the value of monitoring solutions to customers, providing technical expertise and pre-sales support.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and project-related materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a key interface between customers, suppliers, and internal functions, ensuring effective communication and alignment of requirements.
• Coordinate submarine cable projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Support product development activities by communicating customer needs and market requirements across the organization.
• Contribute to investment projects, production changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain customer records in Salesforce and stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and new business opportunities.
• Support knowledge transfer activities, sharing lessons learned and best practices across the organization.

Your Experience

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in project management, technical sales support, engineering, or customer-facing roles within industrial or infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of cable monitoring solutions, submarine cable systems, or power transmission technologies is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work effectively across different functions and cultures.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar customer management platforms.
• Fluent English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Availability for occasional international travel.
