Reporting into the Plant Human Resources Team, you will provide administrative and human resources support to plant operations while serving as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and business partners. You will perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and technical support activities across multiple functional areas. You will maintain confidential records, coordinate daily office operations, prepare reports, support attendance and vacation tracking, and help ensure efficient plant administration. You will work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Perform clerical, administrative, and general office duties including typing, filing, record maintenance, mail distribution, and document management.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate onsite meetings, events, and plant functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest, vendor, and telephone reception.
- Order office and operational supplies as needed.
- Support the Human Resources team.
- Prepare standard reports by gathering, compiling, and summarizing data.
- Respond to routine inquiries and provide information to employees, visitors, and business partners.
- Resolve routine questions and issues independently and escalate more complex matters appropriately.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business needs.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative, office support, or human resources experience will be considered.
- Three or more years of related administrative, office support, or human resources experience.
- Proficiency using computer systems and business software applications.
- Strong analytical skills with experience gathering, researching, and evaluating information.
- Flexibility to work effectively with diverse personalities and changing business priorities.
Physical Requirements

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
