Our 12-week paid internship program offers firsthand experience and meaningful projects that have an impact on our business. Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals receiving mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities that will expose you to various aspects of our industry.

In the HR Information System department by:
HR Operational Support & System Administration: Provide end-user support and technical assistance to business users across the organization for Workday HRIS modules, troubleshooting issues and maintaining system integrity.
Workday System Configuration & Lifecycle Management: Participate in the full configuration lifecycle by designing, building, testing, and migrating Workday solutions from non-production environments into production to align with business requirements.
HR Analytics, Reporting & Data Interpretation: Develop custom reports, analyze HR datasets, and translate business questions into actionable workforce metrics and insights using Workday data tools.
Process Improvement & Quality Monitoring: Analyze existing HR departmental processes and Workday workflows to recommend and implement continuous improvements and maintain clear documentation.

Meet the following qualifications to be considered for our 2027 internship program:
Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Information Systems or related field
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
