SUMMARY
The HRIS Solutions Administrator demonstrates strong Workday HCM Core experience and supports the ongoing administration, enhancement, and optimization of the organizations Workday environment. Supports small to medium-sized HRIS projects, configures standard Workday functionality, develops reports, and contributes to system enhancements that improve HR operations and employee experience. Performs Workday HCM configuration, reporting, and basic security, along with supporting HR operations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
Experience working directly with HR stakeholders and translating business requirements into system solutions.
Experience supporting one or more of the following: Absence Management, Time Tracking, and/or Payroll.
Knowledge of integrations, business process frameworks, and data structures in Workday.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administers and maintains Workday HCM Core configuration and provide day-to-day system support.
Supports small to medium-sized HRIS initiatives through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Configures Workday business processes, notifications, and condition rules in accordance with established best practices.
Creates, modifies, and maintains Workday custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and report sharing.
Troubleshoots production issues, identifies root causes, and supports the implementation of sustainable solutions.
Partners with HR stakeholders and business leaders to understand requirements and support recommended system improvements.
Supports Workday releases by evaluating new functionality, performing regression testing, and documenting changes.
Maintains system documentation, configuration guides, and process documentation.
Assists with data validation, auditing, and reporting to help ensure data integrity.
Supports user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and end-user inquiries.
Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes and the user experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and three (3) years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The estimated pay range for this role is $58k to $99k, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
