This is an exciting job opportunity for you toas a Rewards Intern in Huixquilucan with Signify, the world leader in lighting.
We are seeking a Rewards Intern to support our Total Rewards team in Mexico. This role will
- Provide hands‑on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives
- Partner closely with regional and global Rewards colleagues
- This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance, and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost‑effective rewards programs.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in compensation, benefits, and total rewards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferred
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative Rewards team, learning from teammates while contributing ideas, analyses, and support across initiatives
This role may be eligible for conversion to a full‑time position depending on performance, business needs, and position availability.
