 Salary: £31,947 to £34,957 (London) / £29,049 to £31,754 per annum (National)

 Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027

We’re seeking a HR Operations Administrator to join our team in Norwich, you’ll be an integral part of the HR Operations Team and responsible for delivering an adaptive, timely and compliant advice and query resolution service across the full employee lifecycle.

Collaborating with leaders, managers and colleagues across all functions and working closely with the HR Advisory Team and HR Business Partners, you’ll provide outstanding first line support to and leaders. Reinforcing the values and behaviours of Clarion and supporting ongoing investment in our people, to deliver exceptional outcomes to our communities.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience of handling varied HR related queries and disseminating information and guidance. You’ll also hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification – or relevant experience in a similar role.
