Sobre este puesto de HR Manager en Triptease
The Role
Triptease is a fast-growing, global travel-tech business helping hotels win back direct bookings from the OTAs — giving independent and group hotels the tools to compete on their own terms. We operate across five legal entities (UK, US, Singapore, Portugal and Spain) and support people in around 16 countries, and we're scaling fast.
This is a rare opportunity to run an entire People function, with a direct line to the CEO. You won't be one voice in a big HR team — you'll be the voice, shaping how people operations work across a genuinely global business. It's the kind of remit that usually only comes with a much bigger team behind you, which makes this a career-defining role for the right person.
We're also investing in building a modern, efficient People function. One that uses AI and automation to work smarter, not just harder. You'll have real scope to introduce AI-enabled tools and processes that make People operations faster and more effective, rather than just maintaining the status quo.
Success in this role will be measured by how well you support the business through growth and scaling, how effectively you develop managers and talent across the business, and how much more efficient and future-ready you make the People function itself.
Main Responsibilities
Payroll & HRIS
- Extract and submit payroll data from our HRIS (HIBOB) to Finance for UK, Spain, Portugal, USA and Singapore (USA processed twice monthly; all other countries monthly)

- Maintain HiBob as the company's core HR system, including salary, job title and employee record updates
Global Employment & Contractor Management
- Manage EOR and contractor arrangements through Deel, keeping Deel and HiBob data aligned
- Monitor employment law changes across all operating countries and ensure updates are clearly communicated to managers
- Liaise with the company's PEO provider on employment queries
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of escalation for managers on day-to-day employee issues
- Manage employee relations cases including grievances, sickness, maternity/paternity leave and flexible working requests
- Manage return-to-work processes following sickness absence
- Run regular 1:1s with managers to check in on team wellbeing
- Coach managers through performance improvement plans (PIPs), advising on process and documentation
- Conduct exit interviews
Benefits & Vendor Administration
- Administer the company benefits platform, including reviewing and approving reimbursements via ThanksBen
- Approve employee and contractor invoices
Engagement, Culture & Reporting
- Design and deliver the annual company-wide engagement survey, including running workshops with each department on results and actions
- Plan culture initiatives, including quarterly events and the annual company getaway
- Build and deliver the quarterly Townhall slide deck, keep SMT updated on leavers, and attend SMT meetings to report on people matters
- Run quarterly performance review cycles
Office Management
- Manage office supplies and day-to-day office upkeep, including logging and resolving repairs and facilities issues
