  • Support compliance with company policies, employment practices, and applicable labor requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, respond to employee inquiries, and support reporting or budget-related HR activities as assigned.

How you will do it

  • Stay close to the work by partnering with supervisors, employees, and plant leaders to understand issues early and remove barriers quickly.
  • Own outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity when handling employee relations, investigations, policy concerns, and sensitive labor matters.
  • Use candid problem-solving and continuous improvement to simplify HR processes, support lean thinking, and strengthen day-to-day execution.
  • Win as one team by building trust across operations, safety, finance, and leadership while balancing business needs with employee experience.
  • Use clear documentation, consistent follow-through, and practical coaching to help managers make sound decisions.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience supporting lean process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting organizations with at least 100 employees.
  • Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and manager coaching.
  • Ability to work effectively with hourly employees and plant leadership.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience maintaining HR documentation and handling confidential information with discretion.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday, HR Atlas, or JCMS.
  • Experience supporting compensation administration, payroll coordination, or organizational design.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, talent development, or diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

What do we offer?

  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.
  • Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.
