HR Manager

As HR Manager, you will play a key role in enabling our ambitious growth strategy by ensuring we attract, develop, and retain talented people who contribute to delivering high-quality products and world-class food safety standards.
As a member of BioMar Vietnam’s management team, you will lead and develop HR services, policies, and programs that support business performance and employee development. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to ensure our people practices align with business goals while creating an engaging and high-performing workplace.
Make a lasting impact on our people and business growth
In this role, you will strengthen BioMar Vietnam’s organizational capabilities, people development, and business expertise. You will support workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while ensuring effective HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and drive the local HR strategy for the business in Vietnam.
- Ensure we attract and recruit highly qualified people who can bridge Vietnamese and European cultures.
- Support the development of employees towards world-leading capabilities within aquaculture feed.
- Act as a trusted business partner to managers and the leadership team while ensuring strong compensation and benefits practices.
- Lead the local HR team and contribute to the global HR network across BioMar companies.
Bring your expertise to develop people and performance
You are an experienced HR professional who understands how strong people practices contribute to business success. You enjoy working closely with leaders and employees, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR support that helps the organization grow.
You have experience across the employee lifecycle and are comfortable operating in an international environment. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and take ownership of delivering high-quality HR solutions that support both employees and the business.
Must-have requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Solid experience managing and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of PRC labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Passion for building and developing organizations.
- International experience.
- Strong English language skills.
- Experience working across cultures and supporting international business environments.
- Experience partnering with leadership teams to support organizational development.
