How will you make an impact
- You will support recruitment activities for operator hiring, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- You will assist with onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- You will coordinate HR events, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- You will maintain and organize HR records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Your Background
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and eagerness to learn about recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
