Job Overview:

ABC Legal Services is looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR team from our Seattle office. This part-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who is organized, discreet, and comfortable working independently on routine HR operations. You’ll be the hands on the ground for key administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Enter and maintain employee data in UKG for new hires and separations, including onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Complete and process virtual I-9 verifications in compliance with federal requirements
• Distribute bi-weekly paper paychecks (approximately 3 per cycle) 
• Handle HR-related mailings, including certified and standard correspondence
• Monitor and respond to the HR inbox, triaging questions and escalating to the appropriate HR team member as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or office support role
• Familiarity with an HRIS system (UKG experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of I-9 requirements preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a small-task, high-accuracy environment
• Must be able to work on-site in our Seattle office
  
  

Location: Seattle, WA 

Schedule: Part-Time Position up to 25 hours 

Pay range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
