The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees and managers across the organization and within designated business functions.
The role combines business partnering with hands-on responsibility across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding. You will act as a trusted advisor to the workforce providing practical, consistent and business-focused HR support across a diverse organisational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers,providing practical guidance on organisational, performance and employee-related matters.
- Lead and own the end-to-end recruitment process for designated business functions, partnering with hiring managers from workforce planning and role definition through to candidate assessment, selection and offer management.
- Build strong partnerships with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver timely, effective and well-coordinated people initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent, well-organised employee experience across locations.
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, goal setting, team effectiveness and handling challenging employee situations.
- Ensure HR policies and employment practices are implemented consistently.
- Use HR data, technology and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, improve decision-making, automate processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of people initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and provide management reporting on key HR metrics, risks and actions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, international organisation.
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of Greek employment practices; exposure to international employment matters will be considered an advantage.
- Strong ability to coach managers and handle sensitive or complex employee cases with sound judgement and discretion.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset and confidence using HR systems, reporting tools, AI and automation.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
