As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations within our organization. You’ll handle a diverse range of responsibilities from supporting headcount planning and hiring to employee relations to managing the full HR cycle (talent planning & development, goal setting, compensation review). Additionally, you’ll provide strategic guidance to line managers and drive positive outcomes to our employees and the business. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, employees, and internal and external partners, to ensure effective HR practices and compliance. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll do…
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring talent plans support both current and future business needs.
- Help drive key talent processes including workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Coach managers on employee relations matters, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management best practices.
- Partner with Finance & Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans, organizational growth, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Analyze people data and trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Lead employee relations activities, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of workplace concerns while fostering a positive employee experience.
- Support organizational change initiatives, helping leaders effectively navigate transformations, business growth, and evolving workforce needs.
- Champion employee engagement by identifying opportunities to strengthen culture, improve retention, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate across Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and People Operations, to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining alignment with company policies and values.

- Ideally a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR business partner and/or HR generalist roles.
- You are passionate about human resources, knowledgeable about federal and state labor laws and eager to contribute to our organizations’ success.
- You are a versatile HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- You are proficient with Humans Resources Information Systems; experience with Workday preferred.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- You are an employee advocate, business advisor and organization champion.
