1. 障がい者（PwD）採用および統合的サポート
- 戦略的な人材獲得: 障がい者（PwD）の採用目標達成に向け、採用プロセス全般を主導する。
- 候補者の選定: 役割要件と候補者の資格を合致させるため、厳格な評価プロトコルを確実に運用する。
- 合理的配慮の管理: 適切な合理的配慮の特定から実施までのプロセスをエンドツーエンドで管理し、協力的かつ包括的なオンボーディング体験を保証する。
2. AI導入および人事プロセス最適化
- ガバナンスと戦略的計画: 日本のP&C責任者と連携し、プロジェクトロードマップの定義、優先順位付け、および四半期ごとの更新を行う。
- プロセス変革プロジェクト: 主に以下の重要施策の実行を推進する。
- a) 労働時間および残業管理システムの最適化
- b) AIを活用した会議のドキュメント作成および要約ワークフローの標準化
- c) 従業員のウェルビーイング向上を目的としたデータ収集戦略の強化
- プロジェクト管理: 部門横断的なプロジェクト会議を円滑に進め、設定された期限内に目標を達成できるよう協力体制を維持する。
3. AI活用推進と能力開発
- チェンジマネジメントおよびイネーブルメント: 日本のP&Cチームおよび広範なステークホルダー向けに、AIツール活用ワークショップを企画・運営する。
- ナレッジ共有: Webex Spacesや社内コミュニケーションチャネルを通じ、ベストプラクティス、ヒント、ワークフローを展開することで、継続的な学習文化を醸成する。
- 地域間連携: 日本のP&Cチームを代表して地域のAIイニシアチブに参加し、学習内容を共有し、新技術の導入を加速させるための橋渡し役を担う。
4. エグゼクティブサポートおよびアドホックな取り組み
- 戦略的パートナーシップ: 日本のP&C責任者との継続的な協議を通じて定義される、影響力の高いプロジェクトやオペレーション業務を実行する。

1. PwD Recruitment and Integrated Support
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to achieve targeted hiring goals for individuals with disabilities (PwD).
- Candidate Vetting: Ensure rigorous assessment protocols are in place to align candidate qualifications with role requirements.
- Reasonable Accommodation Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for identifying and implementing appropriate reasonable accommodations, ensuring a supportive and inclusive onboarding experience.
2. AI Adoption and HR Process Optimization
- Governance and Strategic Planning: Partner with the Head of P&C, Japan, to define, prioritize, and update the project roadmap on a quarterly basis.
- Process Transformation Projects: Drive the execution of key initiatives, including but not limited to:
a) Optimization of Working Hour and Overtime tracking systems.
b) Standardization of AI-driven meeting documentation and summary workflows.
c) Enhancement of data collection strategies for employee wellbeing.
- Project Management: Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and maintain a collaborative environment to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines.
3. AI Enablement and Capability Building
- Change Management & Enablement: Design and host AI tool proficiency workshops for the Japan P&C team and broader stakeholders.
- Knowledge Sharing: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by disseminating best practices, tips, and workflows via Webex Spaces and internal communication channels.
- Regional Collaboration: Represent the Japan P&C team in regional AI initiatives, acting as a bridge to share learnings and accelerate the adoption of new technologies.
4. Executive Support and Ad-hoc Initiatives
- Strategic Partnership: Execute additional high-impact projects and operational tasks as defined through ongoing consultation with the Head of P&C, Japan.
