Let’s talk about the role

Supporting the HR Payroll team in day-to-day activities, with a strong focus on payroll operations, time & attendance and personnel administration.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely collection and validation of payroll inputs.
• Manage time and attendance, absences, holidays, leaves, sickness and other payroll-related information.
• Support employee administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including hires, contractual changes, transfers and terminations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR/payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare documentation and information required for payroll processing and statutory obligations.
• Support the management of INPS, INAIL and other administrative requirements, working alongside the payroll provider.
• Perform payroll checks and basic reconciliations, investigating discrepancies where necessary.
• Respond to employees' questions regarding payslips, attendance, leave and HR administrative processes.
• Support the preparation of payroll and HR reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving and simplifying HR administration and payroll processes.

Skills for success:

• Degree or diploma in Economics, HR or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration or personnel administration in a retail or multinational environment.
• Good knowledge of the Italian CCNL Commercio.
• Basic knowledge of Italian labor law, payroll and social security principles.
• Knowledge of Zucchetti, particularly for Time & Attendance management, is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
