The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates for Sales Internships. Qualified applicants will be contacted in concert with the approval and publication of identical, approved positions within HP, Inc.
This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. HP, Inc. will not provide any assistance or sign documentation in support of immigration sponsorship including Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Optional Practical Training (OPT).

The Program
Join us for a 24-month year-round rotational internship beginning in November 2026 as part of our HP SalesEDGE Rotational Internship Program Experience. Development. Growth. Execution.

Program Highlights
Two 12-month rotations across HP's Commercial Organization sales teams
Exposure to multiple customer segments, sales motions, and business units
Hands-on experience across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, account planning, customer engagement, and opportunity management
Dedicated mentorship, coaching, and professional development
Consideration for regular employment opportunities within HP's Commercial sales organization based on performance and business need
Rotation Structure
Rotation 1 :Develop foundational sales skills while supporting an HP Commercial sales team through customer outreach, pipeline development, account planning, and sales operations activities.
Rotation 2 : Expand your experience by rotating to a different Commercial Organization team, gaining broader exposure to HP's customer landscape, sales motions, and go-to-market strategy.
About You
Are you interested in building a career in technology sales? HP's SalesEDGE Rotational Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting HP's Commercial Organization while developing the skills needed for a successful sales career.
This 24-month internship program is designed for students entering their junior year and includes two 12-month rotations across HP sales teams serving different customer segments. Interns gain exposure to the full sales cycle, work alongside experienced sales professionals, and contribute to real business opportunities that drive customer success.
Responsibilities:
Shares sales activities with experienced Sales Reps as necessary
Assists with the pipeline and forecast responsibility in accordance with sales center business process
Work under the supervision of an experienced rep on
Opportunity development and lead management
Account strategy and sales motions to maximize client value
Seeks out appropriate resources in presales, product/service specialists to support complex deals
Actively collaborate with field sales and others to ensure seamless account coverage
Basic Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a four-year college entering or in your 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, liberal arts, or related
Able to obtain work authorization in the United States and not require sponsorship in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic recommendations
Self-motivated and proactive
New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to improve sales performance and customer engagement
Strong organizational and program management skills
Ability to identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and work with AEs/partners to plan account growth
Assist with product selection, demonstrations, responding to requests for proposals, and updating sales catalogs

The pay range for this position is $21.85 to $30.04 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
