Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility grounds
- Follow established cleaning and infection control procedures
- Help promote a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff
- Replenish housekeeping supplies as needed
- Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest standard of facility appearance and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
