Hotel Operations Coordinator

Objetivo.

Recibir y acompañar a las visita garantizando la satisfaccion del cliente, asi como el diseño de experiencia unicas por grupo y necesidades de los Host. 

Responsabilidad.

1-Recepcion de Visitantes, y anfitrion durante su visita .

2-Capacitacion de la marca, tequila y catados .

3-Manejo y coordinacion del plan de alocacion de la Casona.

4-Juntas mensuales con los lideres de mercado.

5-Creacion de experiencias y planeación de eventos para clientes VIP.

6-Diseño del calendario anual de reservaciones.

7-Acompañamiento a visitantes en experiencias fuera de la destilería.

Perfil.

• Licenciatura Terminada
• Ingles Avanzado Conversacional
• Experiencia minima de 2 años en empleos o estudios de áreas productivos.
• Experiencia minima de 2 años en logistica y organización de eventos.
• Experiencia minima de 2 años en Servicio al Cliente.
• Conocimientos Avanzados en Protocolo y Etiqueta.
• Conocimiento Avanzado de Excel.
