The Opportunity

As a Healthcare Provider Back Office Consulting - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Strategy practice, you will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions.

In this role at PwC, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data, you will inform insights and recommendations, while upholding professional and technical standards. This opportunity allows you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored operational strategies for improved efficiency
- Providing comprehensive guidance and support to streamline client processes and enhance productivity
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for operational performance management and process optimization
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to inform insights and recommendations
- Implementing quality standards and operational excellence initiatives to drive business performance
- Engaging in stakeholder management to foster meaningful client relationships and anticipate needs
- Leveraging AI fluency and digital tooling to enhance operational solutions and support business transformation
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal skills and technical knowledge
- Mentoring junior team members to uphold professional and technical standards within client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
- Possessing experience in one or more functional areas including but not limited to: Finance, Supply Chain, Strategic Staffing/Workforce Planning, Grants, Reporting, PMO, Physician Compensation/Contracts
- Excelling in Business Data Analytics and Business Performance Metrics
- Implementing Process Improvement and Process Optimization strategies
- Managing Operational Performance Management (OPM) and Operations Strategy
- Engaging in Change Management and Business Transformation initiatives

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
