About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for Health Ecosystem Activation, Specialist is responsible for driving the growth, engagement, and utilization of the company's health ecosystem by developing and executing activation initiatives across customers, healthcare partners, and internal stakeholders.

The role focuses on increasing adoption of health ecosystem offerings, strengthening partner collaboration, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to business growth through data-driven activation strategies.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Health Ecosystem Activation & Engagement 

• Implement activation plans with agents to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of health ecosystem services and solutions. 

• Execute in-app customer engagement campaigns that drive participation in health and wellness programs. 

• Monitor customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and promote new health ecosystem initiatives. 

• Manage Health & Wellness content hub 

Program & Campaign Execution 

• Coordinate, and execute health ecosystem campaigns, events, workshops, webinars, and promotional activities. 

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. 

• Work closely with marketing, digital, operations, and product teams to maximize campaign effectiveness. 

• Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder communications, and performance tracking. 

• Gather partners’ feedback and recommend improvements to services, processes, and customer experiences. 

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement 

• Collaborate with Health Ecosystem Planning team to track and analyze key activation metrics such as: Active user rates, Service utilization, Partner participation, Customer satisfaction and NPS, Campaign ROI 

• Prepare regular reports and collect relevant insights for management. 

• Stay informed about healthcare, wellness, digital health, and ecosystem trends. 

• Support process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. 

Partner collaboration & other assigned tasks  

• Support the activation, and ongoing engagement of healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, wellness partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders. 

• Coordinate with partners to develop joint campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive ecosystem utilization. 

• Handle team’s administrative process & ensure related documentation is in place 

• To be assigned by LM & Upper LM 

• Health ecosystem utilization rate.  

• Active customer participation rate.  

• Number of activated healthcare partners.  

• Customer satisfaction/NPS improvement.  

• Campaign performance and conversion metrics.  

• Revenue or business contribution from ecosystem initiatives.  

• Successful execution of activation programs and projects. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related disciplines. 

Experience 

• At least 2 - 5 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, health-tech, customer engagement, partnership management, business development, or ecosystem management. 

• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships. 

• Experience in customer activation, loyalty programs, wellness programs, or healthcare services is preferred. 

Technical & Functional Skills 

• Healthcare ecosystem and customer engagement knowledge. 

• Campaign management and project coordination. 

• Data analysis and reporting. 

• Partner relationship management. 

• Customer journey and experience management. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Experience with CRM and digital engagement platforms is an advantage.
