What you will do 

Lead and drive the overall sales strategy, business growth, and market expansion for Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems (BMS), ELV, Fire Detection & Protection, and Integrated Building Solutions businesses in Hong Kong. Responsible for achieving revenue, profitability, and market share targets while building and developing a high-performing sales organization that strengthens Johnson Controls' position as the partner of choice for smart, safe, and sustainable building solutions.

How you will do it 

• Develop and execute sales strategy for BMS, ELV, Fire & Security businesses to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

• Drive market penetration and expand opportunities across commercial buildings, data centers, healthcare, transportation, education, government and industrial sectors.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability, collaboration and customer-centricity.

• Establish strong relationships with key customers, consultants, developers, contractors, end-users and strategic partners.

• Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to shape winning go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Engineering, Project Delivery and Product teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.

• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, business reviews and strategic account planning.

• Ensure achievement of annual revenue, gross margin and cash collection targets.

What we look for

• Degree or above in Electrical Engineering / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with deep knowledge and experience in Sales Strategy and Execution at country level.

• Strong knowledge of Sales management and Operations with more than 10 years’ experience in the field.

• Able to work effectively in a matrix organization structure.  Strong leadership and influencing skills.

• Strong communication skills both internally and dealing with external stakeholders. 

• Able to deliver the results under constraint of resources, time and budget.

• Effective oral and written skills in English and Chinese.
