Our growth is driving us to strengthen our AI Product team to accelerate the development of our AI product ecosystem and support the expansion of our AI & Agentic offering.

Your mission will be to define and execute the product strategy for our AI portfolio, scale the Product team, and develop innovative solutions around LLM inference and AI Agents in order to strengthen Scaleway's position as a leading European sovereign AI cloud provider while driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will lead a team of 2 Product Managers, working closely with 2 highly skilled engineering squads dedicated to Inference and AI Agents. The team is entering an exciting growth phase, with the ambition to expand the AI product ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and strategic AI and hardware partners to shape our product strategy and deliver high-impact solutions.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scaleway's AI & Agentic Products portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering ownership, technical excellence, and a strong product mindset while supporting future recruitment.

• Expand Scaleway's AI product ecosystem, from LLM inference and Generative APIs to AI Agents and agentic platforms.

• Work closely with Engineering teams to translate complex AI technologies and customer needs into scalable, high-value products.

• Drive product prioritization and strategic trade-offs in a fast-evolving AI market, balancing innovation, customer expectations, technical constraints, and business impact.

• Own and monitor the business performance of the AI product portfolio, with a strong focus on revenue growth, margins, and profitability.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning leadership, Engineering, Sales, and Finance around shared priorities and measurable objectives.

• Engage with customers, AI Labs, and hardware partners to identify opportunities, anticipate market trends, and shape strategic partnerships.

• Support the expansion of the AI organization, helping structure new squads and develop efficient ways of working as the portfolio grows.

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS:

• 8+ years of experience in B2B Tech or Deeptech Product Management, including significant experience in Product Leadership, team management, coaching, and hiring.

• Hands-on experience with AI products and technologies, particularly LLMs, inference, AI APIs, and agentic solutions, with a solid understanding of how AI Agents are built and deployed.

• Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI models, inference architectures, and hardware-related challenges, enabling effective collaboration with Engineering teams.

• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies, build roadmaps, and successfully bring complex technical products to market.

• Strong business acumen, with experience managing product performance, revenue, margins, and profitability in a fast-changing competitive environment.
