As a strategic member of the leadership team, you'll partner closely with the CEO, leaders and employees across the company to build an exceptional organization—one where outstanding people thrive, leaders grow, and culture becomes a true competitive advantage.

You will influence how we work, communicate, execute, hire, lead, collaborate, and scale, helping shape not only our people strategy, but also the values and culture that define who we are as we grow.

What You'll Do

•       Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape organizational strategy, workforce planning, and long-term growth.
•       Collaborate with all employees across every function to strengthen organizational effectiveness, drive alignment, and enable business success.
•       Build and execute a scalable people strategy that supports the company's ambitious growth plans.
•       Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping leaders navigate complex organizational and people-related challenges.
•       Design the organizational structures, talent frameworks, and people programs needed to support a high-performing and rapidly scaling company.
•       Coach and develop managers to become inspiring, high-impact leaders through effective feedback, performance management, and continuous development.
•       Lead performance management, talent reviews, career development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
•       Build an exceptional employee experience across every stage of the employee lifecycle.
•       Champion and embed PhaseV's values, leadership principles, and culture across the organization.
•       Partner cross-functionally with every team to foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and ownership.
•       Build scalable HR processes, policies, and infrastructure.
•       Leverage people analytics and organizational insights to guide decision-making.
•       Lead organizational change initiatives with empathy, clarity, and a strong focus on business outcomes.
•       Influence the hiring process with choosing the most suitable employees.

What We're Looking For

•       6+ years of progressive experience in People Leadership, HR, Talent Acquisition, roles within fast-growing technology companies.
•       Proven success partnering with CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams.
•       Experience leading organizational development, culture-building, and leadership enablement.
•       Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
•       A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
•       Strong business acumen, excellent judgment, and outstanding communication skills.
•       High integrity and emotional intelligence.
•       Fluent in Hebrew and English.
