The Role
We're looking for our first marketing leader to build and scale the marketing function at Mosaic.
Mosaic has built strong momentum through a product-led approach and close partnerships with many of the world's leading private equity firms and investment banks. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can help us build the marketing foundation for our next stage of growth.
Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll partner closely with leadership across Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering to shape how we bring our products to market, communicate our value to customers, and grow the business. Product marketing will be at the core of the role, complemented by ownership across content, customer marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, events, and brand.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We're looking for a builder who enjoys creating strategy and executing it, not someone looking to inherit a large team. As our first marketing hire, you'll have the opportunity to establish the function, work cross-functionally across the business, and help determine how marketing evolves as the company grows.
What You'll Build
Define Mosaic's product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and the CEO to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features, while bringing the voice of the customer into product and marketing decisions.
Build compelling content that educates investment professionals, highlights customer success, and supports every stage of the buyer journey.
Drive organic growth through content strategy, SEO, and emerging AI discovery platforms.
Partner with Sales to develop campaigns and programs that generate awareness, qualified pipeline, and customer engagement.
Own Mosaic's website, digital presence, and overall content strategy.
Develop customer advocacy programs, case studies, customer proof points, and thought leadership initiatives.
Measure marketing performance across awareness, engagement, pipeline, and customer adoption, using data to continuously improve results.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or another technology company, with significant experience in product marketing.
A strong track record of marketing complex or technical products to enterprise buyers.
Excellent product storytelling skills and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
A customer-first mindset, with experience using customer insights and market feedback to shape messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
Experience building marketing programs in a high-growth or early-stage environment, with a willingness to be hands-on as well as strategic.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring marketing effectiveness and making investment decisions.
Familiarity with modern content marketing, SEO, and how AI-powered search is changing software discovery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing AI-powered or workflow software products.
Experience building or scaling marketing at a Seed to Series B company.
Familiarity with private equity, investment banking, or financial markets is a strong plus.
