We want someone who has built a creator content engine from nothing and can turn it into hundreds of ad-ready videos a month. You'll recruit and manage a network of creators, write the hooks, decide what scales, and feed our paid social machine with a steady supply of winning creative. If you've ever looked at a spend dashboard and known which 3 seconds of a video were doing the work, this role is for you.
System1 (NYSE: SST) is an AI-powered customer acquisition and marketing platform. We run owned consumer properties like MapQuest, CouponFollow and Startpage, and we buy audiences at scale across search, social, display and native. Our edge has always been knowing how to acquire customers profitably. Creator-led video is the next channel we're building that edge in.
This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90066.
What you will do:
- Build the creator program from zero. Design a performance-based model (for example, a guaranteed monthly minimum tied to video volume, plus bonuses for ads that scale) that creators actually want to join.
- Recruit and run a creator bench. Source, vet, onboard and manage 50+ creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and keep the best ones coming back.
- Ship volume. Get to 300+ new UGC ad variations a month within your first two quarters, and keep the pipeline full.
- Own the creative brief. Write hooks, angles, scripts and shot lists. Turn what's working in paid into the next batch of briefs every week.
- Close the loop with paid media. Partner with our buyers on Meta, TikTok and YouTube to test, read results (hook rate, hold rate, CPA, ROAS) and kill or scale fast.
- Build the system. Set up tooling and process for briefing, review, payment, rights management and asset tracking so the program runs without you in every step.
- Make content yourself. Film, edit and post when the brief needs a fast proof of concept. You lead from the front.

Nice to have:
- Your own following, or a track record of creating content that performs organically.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager or creative analytics tools like Motion.
- Experience with creator payment and rights platforms, or with whitelisting and Spark Ads.
- Experience with AI video and editing tools (CapCut, Descript, AI avatars or voice) to multiply output.
- Bilingual content creation, especially Spanish.
