Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Head of Account Management to join our ever-evolving Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Lead pricing strategy and execution across 8+ platforms and multiple legacy business structures.
• Own and continuously refine customer, partner, and agent segmentation strategies to maximize growth and profitability.
• Develop and manage truncation and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Oversee contracting strategy, processes, and governance to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes.
• Potentially manage a portion of the agent book, providing insight-driven recommendations to optimize channel performance.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Executive Leadership on revenue optimization initiatives.
• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial and operational models to support pricing decisions and business planning.
• Translate large, complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within pricing and channel operations.

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading pricing, finance, revenue management, commercial operations, or channel strategy functions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise, including the ability to analyze and manage large, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations, preferably across multiple business units, platforms, or acquired companies.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Background in payments, financial services, fintech, or related industries preferred.

Total Base Pay Range: 157,800.00 -  265,100.00 USD Annual
