As a Lead Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing payroll operations within our Oracle Human Capital practice. You will be responsible for managing client service accounts and driving client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop quality deliverables. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on Application Evolution Services - Oracle. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can leverage your skills in Oracle Human Capital to drive impactful solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading payroll management initiatives using Oracle Human Capital Management systems
- Overseeing the implementation of Oracle Payroll solutions to optimize workforce operations
- Managing human resources transformation projects with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite applications
- Coordinating employee engagement strategies and surveys to enhance organizational culture
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvement and strategic planning
- Developing and executing project budgets and timelines for HR consulting engagements
- Guiding teams in the application of Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data analysis
- Facilitating change management processes to support HR policy updates and transformations
- Building relationships with stakeholders to address human capital management challenges
- Promoting inclusion and diversity within HR practices and organizational development initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Payroll
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data-driven insights
- Managing Human Resources (HR) Transformation projects effectively
- Leading teams in Human Capital Management initiatives
- Excelling in strategic planning and project management within HR contexts
