You'll welcome guests, build meaningful rapport, identify sales opportunities, and generate qualified leads by booking guests into livestream or in-person sales tours.
What You'll Do
Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk
Engage guests face-to-face or by phone to build rapport, generate quality leads, and secure livestream or in-person tour bookings
Proactively identify and qualify prospective customers for the Sales team
Book appointments for livestream and in-person Sales Centres
Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community and create interest in our vacation ownership products
Work closely with Resort Operations and Sales teams to deliver a seamless guest journey
Meet individual and team lead generation, booking, and conversion KPIs
Complete required system updates and paperwork
Weekend and public holiday availability is required, along with the ability to work across multiple Gold Coast sites.
What You'll Bring
Experience in hospitality, customer service, lead generation, promotional marketing, or face-to-face sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging guests in person
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomes
A positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
Ability to work across multiple Sales sites on the Gold Coast
