The GTM Strategy & Operations Associate will join a global team focused on driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. In this role, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth, evaluate business tradeoffs, and partner with senior leaders to shape go-to-market strategy. You will drive key planning processes, including capacity and quota planning, optimization and expansion strategies, and KPI design and measurement. You will also lead strategic and operational initiatives that improve execution while building experience across complex, high-impact business challenges.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop short- and long-term go-to-market strategies by identifying growth opportunities, setting business priorities, and aligning sales and growth targets
- Own quota planning for the global Sales organization, including building and maintaining quota models, adapting them to organizational changes, and driving stakeholder alignment
- Analyze sales and go-to-market data to identify trends and channel efficiency, and develop models that inform planning, quota setting, and strategic decisions
- Partner with Sales and other go-to-market leaders to shape strategic priorities, translate future-state goals into actionable plans, and execute key initiatives
- Build dashboards and define KPIs that translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders
- Lead and support high-priority cross-functional initiatives that improve execution and accelerate revenue growth
Who You Are:
- You have 2–4 years of experience in go-to-market, growth, or revenue strategy; management consulting; investment banking or equity research; business analysis; or a related field
- You can break down complex or ambiguous business problems, identify key tradeoffs, and develop clear, actionable recommendations
- You have strong quantitative modeling and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to communicate key insights to senior business stakeholders
- You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including synthesizing complex concepts and developing presentations for senior and executive audiences
- You have demonstrated the ability to own multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product
- You have experience with, or an interest in learning, business intelligence and data analysis tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, SQL, or Python; experience with Sales or Customer Success strategy, SaaS, or high-tech businesses is a plus
