Who You Are
You're a commercially minded marketer who loves understanding what drives customer behaviour and turning insights into action. You're equally comfortable analysing performance, rolling up your sleeves to get things done, and spotting opportunities others might miss.
You're at that stage in your career, typically with around 3-5 years of relevant experience, where you're confident leading workstreams and driving outcomes independently, but still hungry to learn, grow and stretch yourself.
You'll bring:
- Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, customer marketing, media or commercial marketing roles
- Experience working with third-party delivery platforms or aggregators highly regarded
- Hospitality, QSR, retail, agency or media experience preferred
- Strong campaign execution and project management skills
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into action
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A curious mindset with a passion for testing, learning and continuous improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the energy to make things happen
- Someone who says "what if?" and "why not?" rather than waiting to be asked
- Confidence owning your space, taking accountability and driving outcomes
- A solutions-focused mindset that brings ideas and recommendations, not just problems
