Role overview:
We're bringing on a Growth Marketing Manager to own how R.A.D® scales paid media across the US and UK. This is a mid-level management/coordination role, not a hands-on execution role: our growth agency runs day-to-day platform work in Meta, Google and TikTok. You're the person who directs them, holds them to CAC and ROAS targets, and owns the measurement stack that tells us whether it's working. You'll sit between the agency, our in-house creative and brand team, and leadership, turning attribution and performance data into clear direction for everyone involved.
Agency Management Responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day client-side lead for our growth agency, spanning paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid social/search channels.
- Set and align on CAC and ROAS targets and budget pacing with the agency, and hold them accountable to it.
- Review and challenge the agency's strategy, media plans and creative recommendations before they go live.
- Partner with the agency on content and creative strategy, and brief and approve everything going into paid channels, whether it's produced by the agency or our in-house team, so it's grounded in what's working.
- Be the bridge between the agency and our in-house creative and brand team so briefs and assets move quickly and paid and organic feel like one voice.
- Run a regular cadence of agency check-ins and quarterly business reviews, tracking what's working and what needs to change.
- Manage the commercial side of the relationship: scope, retainer, deliverables, and performance against the SOW.
Measurement & Reporting Responsibilities:
- Own our measurement and attribution stack (e.g. Northbeam) including setup, upkeep and data accuracy.
- Sanity-check agency-reported numbers against our own attribution, GA4 and Shopify data.
- Own weekly/monthly performance reporting across acquisition channels, tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV and conversion rate.
- Turn measurement output into clear, actionable direction for the agency and leadership.
- Support budget forecasting and pacing conversations using measurement data.
Additional Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
- Push the agency to run a steady cadence of A/B tests across funnel, offers and messaging, and make sure learnings get applied.
- Keep everyone aligned on what's launching when, and how it's performing.
Requirements
Key Skills/Experience required:
- 3 to 5 years of growth, performance or digital marketing experience, ideally at a consumer, DTC or fashion/footwear brand; a mix of agency-side and brand-side experience is a big plus.
- Direct experience managing an external growth or paid media agency.
- Working knowledge of attribution or MMM tools (e.g. Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar) and how to translate their output into decisions.
- Comfortable in GA4, Shopify and Excel/Sheets, and confident enough with the numbers to independently audit what an agency reports.
- Track record of setting targets and holding an external partner accountable to them, including SOWs and retainer performance.
- Confident briefing and giving feedback on content/creative strategy, and comfortable being the final approval before it goes live in paid channels.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable pushing back on an agency while keeping the relationship productive.
Not essential but nice to have skills/experience:
- Exposure to working across both US and UK markets.
- Prior hands-on platform experience in Meta, Google or TikTok Ads Manager, even if you're not doing it day-to-day now, so you know when an agency's explanation doesn't add up.
- Basic design/copywriting instincts, enough to brief creative well and give sharp feedback on agency work.
- Experience with email/SMS platforms (e.g. Klaviyo), affiliate or influencer channels.
This role is for you if:
- You'd rather direct and interrogate an agency's work than execute the platform-level work yourself.
- You're comfortable holding an external partner accountable to numbers, including the uncomfortable conversations.
- You care as much about whether the measurement is right as you do about the media spend itself.
- You want real ownership of the agency relationship and the numbers behind it, not a slice of someone else's strategy.
- You're meticulously organized and equally comfortable managing requests from the digital team and the CEO.
- You can translate the intricate numbers and measurements into simple language that people outside of the data can act on or understand.
We are global but based in the UK, with close collaboration with our US teammates.
Benefits

- Generous employee allowance.
- Family/friends discount.
- Cycle to Work Scheme.
- Quarterly ‘Power of Movement’ allowance towards physical pursuits (gym membership, race entry etc).
- Office gym.
