Sobre este puesto de Growth Manager - Campaigns en OKX
Who We Are
About the role
What you will own
-
Affiliate campaigns: Activation pulses on top of the always-on affiliate channel. Coordinated with BD and BD Operations.
-
Listing campaigns: New token listing campaigns shipped within 24 hours of listing decisions. Tight loop with Listing PM, legal, comms, BD/KOL Ops, exchange ops.
-
Trade & Earn campaigns: Volume incentives, leaderboards, zero fee promos. Built around clear unit economics and incrementality, not vanity volume.
-
Launch campaigns: Product and feature launches. Coordinated with product marketing, product team, social team, and lifecycle team.
What you will do
-
Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into clear campaign briefs that creative, paid, and lifecycle can act on without a six-revision loop.
-
Build and own campaign plans with clear gates, dependencies, owners, and dates. Hold stakeholders accountable when slots slip.
-
Define success metrics with analytics before launch, not after. Run holdouts where possible. Run reflection sessions within 7 days of campaign close. Publish learnings the team can reuse.
-
Navigate MiCA and MiFID II constraints with legal. You will not be the lawyer, but you will know enough to flag the risks early and propose alternatives.
-
Be the connective tissue between EEA Growth and Global Campaigns. Localise global playbooks to EEA markets. Push EEA-originated wins back to global for global execution.
What we are looking for
Must-haves:
-
Four to seven years total experience, two-plus years coordinating end-to-end campaigns at a tier 1 regulated crypto exchange (Binance, Kraken, Bitpanda, Coinbase, or similar). You have shipped at least 10 campaigns with named numbers attached. And you have the receipts.
-
Fluency in English and German, French, or Dutch.
-
Hands-on familiarity with EEA regulator dynamics under MiCA and MiFID II. You have shipped campaigns under regulator review and lived to tell the tales.
-
Strong brief-writing muscle. Strong project management muscle with strong stakeholder management across senior and peer levels.
-
Analytical literacy: you can read a campaign dashboard, spot the wrong attribution, ask the right question of analytics, and present results to leadership.
-
Budget discipline. You understand CAC payback, ROAS, incremental volume, LTV.
Who you are
-
Competitive. You want your campaign on the leaderboard against Global. You want EEA to outperform.
-
Crypto-native. You trade. You have a wallet. You know which tokens listed last week and which exchange ran the best campaign around it. You have opinions.
-
Detail-oriented. You catch the wrong token contract address in a launch comms draft before legal does.
-
Fast. The good campaigns ship within hours of the news, not days.
