Functional (job responsibilities)

• Supervise and review sales managers performance and goals based on their monthly output.
• Closely monitor and track team’s sales productivity to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and execute team sales plans in order to achieve the monthly and annual acquisition targets.
• Plan, set, and ensure monthly sales targets assigned to each Sales Managers are achieved.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve their respective individual Key Result Area (KRA) targets.
• Work closely with Sales Manager to guide new recruits and existing Personal Loan staff.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Ensure all new recruits and existing PLS are well trained and competent to handle sales enquiries, loan submissions and closing 
• Lead and motivate Sales Managers and team members to achieve their respective individual KRA targets
• To plan, set and ensure monthly sales target by Individual Sales Executive is achieved
• Assist Sales Managers in coaching and developing Sales Executives to enhance their Product Knowledge and selling skill to create a highly charged and aggressive sales team
• To cultivate a professional working atmosphere that encourage career development and reduce staff attrition
• To liaise with VOC to handle/resolve customers’ complaints timely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• Ensure compliance and consistency with Bank’s policy in Personal Loan acquisition effort
• To ensure team’s headcount requirements are met
• To cultivate strong customer service culture and awareness among Sales Executives
• To ensure sales productivity and cost management are aligned with the bank’s directions
