Directly reporting to the Group IT Security Manager, the candidate will join the global IT Security function, leading and coordinating Cyber Security (IT and OT) initiatives across the entire Group.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program.
• Drive high priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring the proper coordination with the IT team, other organizational functions and suppliers.
• Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks.
• Create and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators.
• Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure security by design in new projects.
• Effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures.

Who are we looking for:

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Security or Engineering.
• +4 years of prior relevant experience in the Cyber Security field gained working in international environments or consulting firms.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with security by design methodologies, security architectures and solutions as well as security on Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS).
• Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and risk management.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti-SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM.
• Enthusiasm for staying up to date with the very latest Cyber Security trends and best practices.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) would be a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
