MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. High school diploma or GED.

2. Obtain Yoga Instructor certification through one of the following: within six (6) months of hire:

• Yoga Alliance Certified Site

3. Certification in AED/CPR within thirty (30) days of hire.

1. Lead a safe and engaging class for different experience levels.

2. Provide alignment cues and modifications for participants.

3. Arrive prepared and manage class schedules as assigned.

4. Create a welcoming studio environment for all participants.

5. Model stretches and postures clearly while explaining proper alignment to prevent injury.

6. Offer training recommendations to improve the practice of yoga.

1. Ability to organize and prioritize time and tasks to achieve a well-coordinated work effort and to effectively meet work schedules.

2. Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to follow / attendance /punctuality / timecard system / scheduling policies.

3. Demonstrate knowledge of parking / hospital department locations.

4. Demonstrate knowledge and adheres to dress code.

5. Demonstrates knowledge of Compliance Program / Code of Conduct / Confidentiality.

6. Demonstrates knowledge of Emergency Management Plan including following codes
