TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Graphic Designer to create clear, compelling, and accessible visual materials supporting federal portfolio management, innovation, research, and development communications. The Graphic Designer will translate complex technical and program information into polished graphics for executive presentations, websites, briefings, newsletters, and stakeholder engagements.
Duties:
- Design graphics, diagrams, infographics, images, templates, and other visual assets communicating enterprise research, development, and program priorities.
- Develop executive-level presentation graphics for internal and external executive audiences.
- Create visual content for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, the client intranet, newsletters, articles, reports, and stakeholder events.
- Translate technical, analytical, and program-management information into accurate and intuitive visual narratives.
- Apply client visual-identity, Section 508 accessibility, records-management, and information-security requirements.
- Collaborate with writers, analysts, portfolio managers, subject-matter experts, and leadership; incorporate review comments rapidly.
- Prepare final products for digital display, print, and approved collaboration platforms.
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, digital media, fine arts, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional graphic-design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating executive presentations, infographics, data visualization, and digital communications products.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint; working knowledge of Teams and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of accessibility-conscious design, document production, typography, layout, and information hierarchy
