We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to lead the development and execution of compelling visual communications across digital and offline channels. This role requires a strong understanding of brand identity, consumer engagement, and modern design trends, combined with the ability to transform business objectives into impactful creative solutions.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will own the visual execution of campaigns, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all consumer touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, digital, advocacy, content, and external partners to bring ideas to life and elevate the brand experience.

YOU WILL

Digital & Online Design

• Design and optimize homepage banners, landing pages, and website assets.
• Create engaging newsletter templates and email communication materials.
• Develop visual concepts and assets for website gamification initiatives and interactive consumer experiences.
• Produce digital campaign creatives, web banners, animations, and promotional content.
• Ensure a seamless and brand-consistent customer journey across digital platforms.
• Continuously improve design performance through best practices, trends, and user-centric thinking.

Print & Offline Design

• Create production-ready artwork for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and large-format printing.
• Design merchandise and branded promotional materials.
• Develop creative assets for magazine advertising placements and paid media campaigns.
• Design brochures, leaflets, booklets, event materials, and other printed communication tools.
• Collaborate with printers, agencies, and production partners to ensure flawless execution and quality control.

Creative Leadership

• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Translate global creative assets into impactful local executions while maintaining brand integrity.
• Lead the development of creative concepts from brief to final delivery.
• Provide creative guidance and mentoring to junior designers and external agencies when needed.
• Stay ahead of design, technology, AI, and consumer experience trends, proactively bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
• Challenge creative briefs and propose solutions that improve business impact and user engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across both digital and print design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience working with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and user experience principles.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of print production processes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
