As a graduate trainee at RBS International, we’ll give the best possible start to your career by equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

The RBS International Relationship Management Graduate Programme is all about shaping the next generation of Relationship Managers who understand customers our products, and build real, meaningful relationships to help businesses succeed.

Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

• Participate in three distinct rotations across RBS International in Jersey
• Build strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to understand customer needs, design meaningful solutions, and create lasting relationships
• Explore how AI is transforming customer experiences today and shaping them for the future
• Gain exposure to diverse customer segments and product teams through placements across teams like Institutional Banking, International Retail, Commercial & Private Banking and the Risk business.
• Develop future‑ready skills through a tailored learning journey

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our RBS International graduate programme, you’ll need:

• To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
• A growth mindset and passion for learning
• To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
• A deep sense of curiosity
• A customer-first approach
• To be a keen problem solver
• Good attention to detail
• A desire to play a key role in building a relationship bank that thrives in a digital world
