You’ll join our Digital X or Customer Operations focused on driving:

Your graduate journey

This programme is designed to give you everything you need to thrive. You’ll be immersed in real projects, supported by experts, and empowered to grow your skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Over the course of this 12 month programme, you can expect to:

• Kick off with a three month immersive bootcamp featuring a bespoke self-led learning pathway, live projects, hackathons, and expert-led sessions
• Spend nine months working on live projects that shape the future of banking and gain deep, meaningful experience in your assigned team
• Gain full exposure to the engineering development lifecycle, from coding and testing to deployment, including the use of modern AI-assisted engineering tools and approaches
• Acquire hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and contemporary engineering practices
• Have opportunities to earn industry-recognised certifications
• Receive support from a dedicated line manager, graduate buddy, and mentor
• Participate in Employee-Led Networks, Graduate Councils, and Working Parties
• Develop experience working with emerging AI technologies, learning how to collaborate effectively with AI tools while applying human judgement and critical thinking

You'll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues in India, and upon successful completion of the 12-month programme and required assessments, you'll be supported into a permanent Engineering role, ready to make your mark in a purpose-led organisation that’s committed to doing the right thing.

Entry requirements

To join our Engineering graduate programme, you’ll need:

• To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in a STEM subject
• Clear communication skills, and the ability to break down complex problems and explain your ideas
• A curious, logical mindset with a passion for solving problems and exploring new technologies, including AI
• Confidence working with data, statistics, and experimentation and evidence-based decision making
• A flexible attitude, comfortable with change and ambiguity and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
• A drive to learn, grow, and make a real impact
