As part of our Future Leaders Graduate Program (Strategy Track), you’ll join a fast-paced environment where strategy and execution live in the same seat. We don't just brainstorm big ideas and hand them off - you’ll analyze customer data, design the strategy, and directly run the campaigns and features in-app.
We have several exciting opportunities for in the following areas:
- Homepage: Plan and execute in-app campaigns, ensure high product availability, and optimize the digital store by showing the best products & seasonal highlights to inspire customers daily.

Tricks of the trade
Here’s what your day to day might look like:
- Hands-On Execution: Build, launch, and monitor your own campaigns, visual assets, and app configurations - taking ideas from raw data to production in days, not months.
- Analysis: Leverage data-driven insights to analyze customer behavior, optimize app features, fine-tune pricing, and create irresistible promotions.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to innovate and continually enhance our store’s offerings.
- Optimization: Develop and refine tools and processes to boost the efficiency, accuracy, and impact of our commercial activities.
- Cross-Functional Rigor: Work directly with Category Managers, Designers, Data Engineers, and Tech teams to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize app operations.
Each team is unique, but they all offer the same thing: meaningful ownership, clear goals, and space to grow into your full potential!
Your superpowers
You are analytical, commercially minded, and uncomfortable with "business as usual." You like big data sets, but you like seeing your decisions live in the app even more.
- You’re finishing (or just finished) your MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics or a related field with up to 1 year of (full time) work experience
- Strong internship or student track record in fast-moving, high-bar environments - such as FMCG, fast-growing scale-ups, top-tier consultancies, or high-impact student boards/initiatives.
- You aren't waiting for a playbook. You build tools, automate manual steps, and take full accountability for outcomes.
- You actively challenge existing processes and ask "Why do we do it this way, and how can we make it 10x better?"
- You’re a natural collaborator and communicator, not afraid to own your projects across teams and stakeholders.
- You’re fluent in English (bonus for Dutch, German or French!)
- You have love for food, retail, tech - or all three!
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Salesforce, Selligent, or marketing automation platforms.
This is the start of a real career - not just a job or a rotation. You’ll build, learn, and grow with a team that thrives on doing things differently.
Excited? So are we. Apply today and let’s shape the future of online groceries together!
