Cochlear Medical Device (Chengdu) Co., Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cochlear Co., Ltd. in China. It was established in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, Sichuan Province in September 2017. As Cochlear's only manufacturing site in China, it mainly produces cochlear implants and sound processors, providing professional assistance to the hearing impaired in China and other markets

In order to help Cochlear bring products to market that help people with hearing loss, we are recruiting to support the new manufacturing site in Chengdu China.

This role will be based in Chengdu, China. In this role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history by applying your knowledge and experiences.

The purpose of this role is to ensure business continuity through ongoing creation and maintenance of production plans and schedules across all Cochlear sites focusing on an operational horizon of one to four weeks.

Your key responsibilities will be…您的主要职责是
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of production plans and schedules

· Maintain inventory control mechanisms and coordinate delivery planning to support business demand and inventory efficiency.

· Development of supply planning solutions

· Enforcing data standards and content relating to supply chain planning

· Review and provide feedback on new business processes

· Support business in the area of supply chain analytics, setup, implementation, documentation and testing of Supply Chain Solutions and strategies

· Maintain and/or coordinate the update and monitoring of Oracle/SAP planning and inventory management attributes.

· Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, APICS Supply Chain Management or equivalent or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a medical device environment. 
具备商业、APICS供应链管理相关的本科及以上学历，或具有医疗器械行业至少3年相关工作经验。
· Demonstrated advanced application of Supply Chain Management processes 
具备供应链管理流程的高级应用能力。
· Extensive exposure to Supply Chain management processes within a manufacturing environment 
在制造业环境中具有丰富的供应链管理流程实践经验。
· Experience with working in a systems implementation or other project environment
具有系统实施或其他项目环境的工作经验。
· Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana
掌握SAP S/4 Hana系统知识。
· Advance knowledge of all key Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) 熟练掌握所有主要Microsoft Office应用程序（MS Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。
· Demonstrated prior experience in advanced business analytics and data interrogation techniques

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English
