Job Summary:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the maintenance of the global LMS including, System Configuration, User Data, Training Content, Assignments, Reporting & User Access Levels
One of the main points of contact for countries when looking for digital learning support and ad hoc L&D support.
Advising best practice LMS structure to managers across the organisation and collaborating on the creation of learning pathways. Supporting the Group End To End Talent Team to deliver the L&D Strategy through technology.
Working closely with stakeholders to produce monthly and annual training reports as required in order to demonstrate impact and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ticket Resolution SLAs - resolving tickets as quickly as possible
- Customer Service - Where possible aim to resolve tickets at first attempt
- Customer experience - effective stakeholder management and communication to keep L&D community up to date with system information and new functionality
- Regular processes - ensure all regular processes are completed accurately and on time
- User Data - ensure user data is accurate and to enable reporting and insight
- System configuration - correct system configuration based on requirements from Group or local team to allow for seamless user experience ensuring compliance with defined governance and relevant regulations (e.g SOx or GDPR)
Requirements
- Learning and development experience highly desirable
- LMS Administration & Coordination highly desirable, especially within Cornerstone
- Experience of prioritisation and managing multiple stakeholders
- Working in fast-paced environment
- Global experience managing and interacting with multiple cultures highly desirable
- Demonstrable customer service excellence
