- Lead the global HR IT Service Desk for Workday
- Ensure high-quality support services and achievement of service level targets.
- Manage incidents, requests, problem management and knowledge management processes.
- Support the Workday Product Owner Team with automation of business processes.
- Monitor support performance through KPIs and user satisfaction metrics.
- Partner with HR, IT and global stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and self-service capabilities.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements and adoption initiatives globally.
What You Bring:
- Experience in HR Systems, HR Technology or IT Service Management.
- Strong Workday support and service delivery experience.
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes, Target Operating Model and best practices.
- Experience managing support teams and/or external service providers.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving the employee experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
