Responsibilities:

• Understand our markets and consumers: Analyze market, consumer and category information across the Northern Cluster to identify opportunities and help develop strategies that accelerate category and brand growth.
• Turn performance data into action: Track and analyze market share and sales performance across segments, countries and brands, translating results into insights and recommendations to help achieve business objectives.
• Stay ahead of the competitive landscape: Monitor competitors, category dynamics and emerging trends to identify opportunities and develop action plans that strengthen consumer preference for our brands.
• Help shape the Annual Marketing Plan: Support the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan for Air Care and Home Storage, connecting brand priorities with local market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Commercialization, Category Management or a related role, ideally within FMCG/CPG.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to confidently communicate and present in both languages.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience or demonstrated exposure to consumer marketing, digital, social media and/or e-commerce.
• Comfortable working with data and business performance metrics; Nielsen or similar market databases are a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and markets.
