  • Monitor, analyze, and reconcile the theater arrival and integration of rotational joint forces and Joint Individual Augmentee (JIA) personnel across all points of debarkation in the USSOUTHCOM area of responsibility.
  • Translate complex movement data and force tracking metrics into actionable executive staff packages, commander’s update briefings (CUB), and formal course-of-action (COA) deployment recommendations.
  • Coordinate continuously with Combatant Command directorates (J1, J3, J4), U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), service component commands, and interagency partners to synchronize lift requirements, resolve scheduling bottlenecks, and prevent deployment shortfalls.
  • Identify variances between planned force flow and actual execution, conduct impact assessments on mission capability timelines, and advise JTF watch officers and staff directors on corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development, refinement, and rehearsal of crisis-response force packages and exercise TPFDDs to ensure operational readiness for emergent contingency operations.

  • Hands-on experience working within a Joint Operations Center (JOC), Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Task Force (JTF), or Service Component deployment cell.
  • Experience collaborating with operational stakeholders to define requirements, develop use cases, implement technical solutions, and provide user training and technical support.
